HI TECH EVENT
HI TECH EVENT is a workgroup that organizes events such as the HI TECH Gala, Engineers Dinner, Graduation Day, Graduation Banquet and the Welcome Dinner during Kick-off. Besides that Event also organises the team buildings for all people that are involved within HI TECH COMMUNITY.
HEAD OF EVENT
ELWIRA PETTERSSON
The HEAD OF EVENT has the main responsibility of the workgroup HI TECH EVENT. Together with the workgroup members, the HEAD OF EVENT plans events such as HI TECH GALA, Graduation Banquet and the Kick-off welcome dinner.
VICE HEAD OF EVENT
ASTRID PYK
VICE HEAD OF EVENT works close with the HEAD OF EVENT and are their right hand, and should be able to step in if the HEAD OF EVENT is absent. Helps out where ever it is needed, is responsible to make sure that everyone in the group know what they are doing, and are also the secretary during our meetings.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER has control over Events Instagram in close collaboration with HI TECH SOCIAL. Plans the marketing for upcoming events and make sure that all the graphical content is created for the events. It’s not required to have experience in making graphical content by yourself but it is an advantage.

FINANCIAL MANAGER creates budgets, follow ups and purchases for each event and make sure that we keep the lowest price as possible for every student.
PURCHASE MANAGER
IDA SEGOLSSON
PURCHASE MANAGER is responsible for planning and buying all the decoration that is needed for the events. Is also responsible for buying the fika for our meetings.
SPONSOR MANAGER
LILA GEBEYEHU
SPONSOR MANAGER is responsible for finding collaborations with companies for all events. Has contact with the companies and also work close with HI TECH AFFAIRS.
