HI EDUCATION
HI EDUCATION is the educational committee under the student association HI TECH, acting as a voice for students and working to improve education at JTH. We enhance the quality of courses, ensure staff maintain high standards, and appoint course developers who communicate with students, teachers, and program directors to address current course needs. HI EDUCATION also holds monthly meetings with the School of Engineering, the Student Union, and program managers to ensure student voices are heard.
HEAD OF HI EDUCATION
Agnes Onajin
As the HEAD OF HI EDUCATION, you are in charge of HI EDUCATION and have the overall responsibility for educational questions. You are also responsible for attending all the meetings with UR, SUK, SRU, and PED.
Vice Head of HI EDUCATION
Oliwier “Cicero” Chodoba
The VICE HEAD OF HI EDUCATION supports the HEAD OF HI EDUCATION in leading the HI EDUCATION team and contributes to the committee's daily operations. The Vice Head is responsible for the committee's finances, ensures that meetings run smoothly, and is prepared to take over the Head of Education's responsibilities whenever needed.
Development Manager
Ellen “Luna” Albin
The DEVELOPMENT MANAGER serves as the primary contact for course developers. The role focuses on maintaining good communication between students and course developers and supporting the continuous development of courses and educational programmes.
Evaluation Manager
Catarina “Santiago” Rad
The EVALUATION MANAGER is responsible for monitoring course evaluations and collecting feedback from students. By identifying trends and flagging courses based on evaluation data and comments, the Evaluation Manager provides valuable input for discussions with the faculty and management to improve course quality.
Quality Manager
Erik “Loki” Nauclér
The QUALITY MANAGER ensures that educational cases are handled according to the university's regulations and quality assurance procedures, including BRJU guidelines. The Quality Manager supports the committee by providing knowledge of policies and ensuring that discussions with management are based on the appropriate regulations.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Clara “Nebula” Höglund
The SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER is responsible for HI EDUCATION's presence on social media. This includes creating engaging content, communicating important information to students, and ensuring that the committee maintains a professional and attractive online profile.

Course developer events
Each semester we host a course developer event where we workshop and get information from and with management at JTH. *Course developer events also include events such as a Secret Santa where course developers can have fika and receive gifts for free
Free events
HI EDUCATION strives to have at least one free event a year open for all students, these vary from year to year (2025 there was an escape room in Rio for example) so keep an eye out on all socials
